My skin care routine

Hi girls, so I get asked a lot about my skin care routine and thought I would do a blog post on it. You can also head over to my instagram to watch my 1-minute video. To be honest my skin care routine is quite simple, but I have definitely got some top affordable tips that you can all follow. So let’s get into it…enjoy

 

 

Step 1

Murad Environmental Shield Essential-C Cleanser – £25
OK, so I always start my day by using my Murad essentials c face wash. I absolutely love it and have been using it for around 3 months now. It’s designed to cleanse and re-hydrate skin giving it a flawless glow. The formula has citrus micro beads in that helps to awaken skin. I use it every morning and night, and even have the travel size for when I travel.

 

Step 2

Rose water – £1.00
After I wash my face I always cleanse, and for this I use KTC rose water. It’s a gentle but effect cleanser and is 100% natural. Rose water is filled with anti-oxidants and various vitamins, so it helps prevent the signs of ageing and nourishes my skin. It  also has natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties so it makes my skin super clean.

 

 

Step 3

Aldi Lacura Illuminating Caviar cream – £6.99
So to finish off my skin care routine, I apply my Aldi lacura illuminating caviar face cream. This cream is seriously the best face cream I have ever used. It’s so hydrating and light and smells great. It makes my skin tone even and acts as a perfect base for makeup. I use it every night and morning.

 

 

My skin care routine is super straight forward and simple. Apart from using the products above I also ensure that I:

• Drink 2 litres of water a day
• Exercise 2 to 3 times per week
• Eat well
• Have makeup free days (normally on Sundays)

I really think that looking after your skin doesn’t need to be over complicated. If you follow the steps above, you’re on the way to fabulous looking skin.
